Democratic candidate Gaye Symington announced a statewide tour today as the former House speaker launches her campaign for governor. Her campaign will host 11 rallies around the state during the next two weeks.
"I'm very excited to kick off my campaign and continue my conversations with Vermonters about why it's time for a change in leadership," Symington said.
Symington officially entered the race for governor on Monday. She faces Progressive Party candidate Anthony Pollina and three-term incumbent, Republican Gov. Jim Douglas.
